Cancellation Policy

We welcome you to Taqa Space and our website at www.taqaspace.com and thank you for your interest in this Cancellation Policy! This Policy applies to all purchases made and we ask you to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with this policy before enrolling in our courses, trainings, events, and live session.

Upon enrolling in our courses, trainings, events, and live session, you indicate that you have read this Cancellation Policy and that you agree with and fully accept its terms. If you do not agree with or fully accept these terms, we ask that you do not enroll in our courses, trainings, events, and live session.

Right to Cancel

Under the UK`s Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a cooling off period of 14 “working days” during which you are entitled to cancel your purchase if, for any reason, you decide you no longer want the services from the date the contract is concluded (i.e., the date we send our Confirmation email). However, this right expires if you already used or accessed our services including our courses, trainings, events and live session. If you have not yet used or accessed our services and wish to cancel your contract with us, please contact us per email using info@taqaspace.com.

Upon accessing our courses, trainings, events and live session, you expressly agree that we may begin supply our services to you before the end of the 14-day cancellation period referred to above. You also acknowledge that your legal right to cancel this contract as described will be lost when you start using our courses, trainings, events and live session, at that point, as we will have begun the supply of the services.

How long does it take to process an approved refund?

Refunds will be processed without undue delay, and in any event within seven (7) days after we verified your cooling off cancelation request. Refund transactions can take up to ten (10) business days, excluding time needed for funds transfer from the bank or payment provider to your account. Any transaction cost associated with your cooling off request will be deducted from your refund and we can only use the original payment method used.


We expect our Users to contact us before making any Chargeback requests. We will investigate any Chargeback requests made by you and in response will inform your issuing bank whether any Service or Transaction has been cancelled. We reserve the right to suspend a user’s account and lock User’s Funds during the chargeback investigation procedure.

Does this policy change?

We may update our Cancellation Policy from time to time. This might be for a number of reasons, such as to reflect a change in the law or to accommodate a change in our business practices and the way we operate. We recommend that you check here periodically for any changes to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
